Common questions
- What should I include in my enquiry?
- The shoot date, the location, what you want to film and where the video will be used. If you have a script, storyboard or reference video, mention it and we will ask for it.
- We don’t have permits yet. Can you help?
- Yes. We apply for the filming, location and drone permits as part of the job, or as a permits-only service. Filming permit service.
- How far ahead should we get in touch?
- As early as you can. Drone permits usually take 14 to 16 working days in Dubai and 18 to 20 in Abu Dhabi. Government projects and major events can sometimes be expedited, case by case, but this is never guaranteed.
